Based in Switzerland, he will focus on advancing global standards implementation in medical robotics for rehabilitation.

Burkhard is the founding member of the International Industry Society in Advanced Rehabilitation Technology (IISART), an organisation dedicated to advancing modern healthcare technology to benefit the patient and the profession.
